一、基本情況
王震,博士,教授、博士生導師,九三學社社員,第十四屆全國人大代表,2003网站太阳集团院長。中組部第十三批“國家海外高層次人才引進計劃”青年項目入選者,湖南省衛生健康高層次人才青年骨幹人才,甘肅省領軍人才,甘肅省傑出青年基金獲得者,甘肅省科技專家庫收錄專家,湖南省藥學會湖湘藥學先鋒獎獲得者,青海省“昆侖英才”項目領軍人才,衡陽市優秀專家,BMC & BMCL雜志青年編委,Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry雜志優秀審稿人,教育部第五輪學科評估專家,科技部“國家外國專家”項目評審專家,創新創業教育先進個人,多次獲得省級研究生畢業論文優秀指導教師和校級本科生優秀論文指導教師稱号,獲得優秀自費留學生獎學金和第95屆日本化學會優秀口頭報告獎,受中央統戰部邀請參加新中國成立70周年閱兵觀禮和中國共産黨成立100周年慶祝活動。2006年6月畢業于蘭州大學化學化工學院,獲得學士學位;2009年9月至2012年7月師從上海有機化學研究所李昂研究員,獲得碩士學位;2012年10月至2015年10月就讀于東京大學2003网站太阳集团,師從Motomu Kanai教授,獲得博士學位。留學期間先後得到Kanai教授的JST-Erato項目助理研究員和日本學術振興會(JSPS)特聘研究員的支持。自獨立工作以來,本着以人為本,為人民健康保駕護航的初心,以新藥發現為目标,以厚植獨特理論基礎的中醫藥作為原創性新化學實體發現的豐富資源和科學依據,緊扣“新藥先導化合物的開發和優化”這一主題,構建了“有機合成新方法促進藥物發現”這條主線,開展天然産物化學、藥物化學、藥物設計和化學生物學研究,圍繞神經退行性疾病、腫瘤、病原微生物感染等重大疾病進行新藥創制研究,建立了基于表型和基于靶标的新藥發現體系,構建了涵蓋分子靶标發現、靶标确認、先導化合物優化、成藥性優化等全面系統的藥物開發模式。開發了多批具有自主知識産權,可規模化生産的具備深入研究價值的候選化合物,有多個化合物正在進行臨床前或臨床研究。已形成以下研究特色與優勢:①聚焦天然活性分子骨架高效構築的合成方法學研究;②緊扣中醫藥振興發展的國家戰略,開展基于吳茱萸堿等傳統中藥活性分子的藥物發現;③基于靶向蛋白降解策略,對“難成藥”靶點進行小分子藥物幹預;④揭示調控線粒體穩态治療神經退行性疾病的全新藥靶及其小分子藥物開發。
到目前為止,王震教授已主持多項科研項目,發現多個具有開發價值的先導化合物,在國際一流期刊上發表科研論文121篇(SCI論文118篇, IF >10:8篇,JCR一區85篇,JCR二區20篇,JCR三區10篇,JCR四區3篇,中文核心2篇,他引2251餘次,單篇最高引223次,H-index為24)及申請專利27項(授權13項,轉讓1項),并參編專著三部/教材一本。兼任全國青年聯合會第十二/十三屆委員、中華醫學會醫學科學研究管理學分會第九屆委員、中國青年科技工作者協會第六屆理事、湖南省九三學社委員、湖南省歐美同學會常務理事、甘肅省青年聯合會第十屆常委、衡陽市九三學社副主委、衡陽市政協委員、九三學社2003网站太阳集团工委主委。

五、教學工作
從事藥物化學課程本科課程,指導學生開展的各類創新創業項目主要包括:甘肅省“挑戰者杯”1項(省三等獎),蘭州大學“挑戰杯”項目2項(分别獲得二等獎和三等獎),“國創”項目3項(一項結題被評為優秀,兩項中期答辯被評為優秀),“校創”項目4項(兩項結題被評為校優秀),“萃英創新基金”1項,化工院創新項目1項,已發表SCI論文多篇,通過這些項目的開展,培養了一批熱愛科研的優秀學生,其中兩人申請到世界知名學府日本理化技術研究所的侯召明課題組繼續深造和一人已申請到北海道大學繼續攻讀研究生,其餘學生大部分參加了我校的“優培計劃”或者保送研究生,繼續在王震課題組攻讀研究生,為我院選留優秀學生做出積極的努力。王震教授獲得2017年“挑戰杯”蘭州大學大學生課外學術科技作品優秀指導教師、2016年蘭州大學學生創新創業行動計劃優秀指導教師和蘭州大學2016-2017學年創新創業教育先進個人的稱号。
